need help !

hey im tom, im 20years of age and live in leeds. please could somebody help me, im starting to save up for a car (hot rod) ive just passed my test, and me and my mum are going to use the same car, there is a problem tho, shes only got automatic lisence, so the car i get has to be a auto , so i was wondering what are my options? i will be on a tight budget, (3'000 most) and the car will be used most days and im also only 20 so i dont want anything that will cost loads, ie , insurance ! please get back to me by my email, thank you, tom .....
