Essex Torque settings

As the title suggests, has anybody got the factory torque settings for the 3.0 Essex head bolts and the Mains as well, many thanks.

The service data book I have lists the 3.0 V6 settings as:

Head 65-70 ft lb
Mains 50-55 ft lb
big end 38-43 ft lb
flywheel 50-55 ft lb
