Hi, I'll come clean - I'm mainly an aircooled VW man, but have an interest in Rods and V8 muscle cars, my next project is gonna be a roof chopped rat rod beetle. So I'm here for the banter and some inspiration

I'm 22 and have been modifying cars since my old man bought me a beetle when i was 16 - done a few projects, and half way through a resto custom at the moment. I go to santa pod frequently and have done a few runs of my own. its great to see the thundering V8 street eliminator cars and ford pops running sub 10 second quarters!

just bough another bug, needing a ground up resto. i want a rat looker, but thinking of giving it some street rod treatment. it'll be a few months before i get started, so plenty of time to gather ideas!
