Yep as stated, Helmet, belt, covered arms, full driving licence and radiator overflow catch can. You will also need a scrutineering permit, issued by the NSRA committee on your way in

Just so everyone knows, there will be scrutineering on Friday evening, reopening again at 8am on Saturday.
The track will run from 9am Saturday and 10am on Sunday.

The band on Saturday night are Gentlemen of Distorted Sound, aka The Gods, back after a very successful appearance a couple of years ago.

thanx does the crash hat require any markings

Not for RWYB, as long as the helmet and straps are in good condition any motorcycle style helmet will be ok.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that you will need a fire extinguisher as well.

Edit

Back of Custom Car

Full Licence, Radiator catch can, seatbelts, fire extinguisher and helmet compulsory.

I won't be there unfortunatley, my little boys birthday.

Have fun and been safe.

We were told it was a requirement a few years back and have left it in the requirements as it's a common sense precaution. I'm not aware of the scrutineers actively checking them. They are more for use in your pit and don't have to be fitted in the car.

Nobody checked my fire extinguisher, but every time I have it scrutineered they find something wrong with the Zodiac, but they are always different....!!!!

generally if you re-fueling etc back at the pits, you should have a fire ext. A halfords 1kg £15 jobbie's good enough. I doubt you will be required to have one in the car.
