1600 XF Prefect at swapmeet

There was an upright Prefect at the Northern Swapmeet for sale.
Possibly blue fitted with 1600 Crossflow.
Anyone know who owns it ? Anyone seen the for sale sign ?

its now residing in the scottish borders its a 2ltr i think
