I usually only use Photobucket to post on here, as the 'generated code' it puts out allows pictures to be posted on here, Flickr however uses a different code, which in the past when i tried it, only came up as a link, not a picture....and you got mail :D

I use the free picture editing software on Flickr (photobucket has some also).

You start with the color image, click black & white (or sepia) and the picture goes b/w or sepia. Next I 'color in' the bits I want in color using the tool in the little box.

I can barley open Photoshop, let alone use it, so I love this idiot proof version....

so how did spielberg do it in schindlers list with the little girl with the red coat....photoshops a brilliant tool to use when you know how to do it but there are loads of other softwares on the market that do the same thing in an easier way...try Photoimpact...its a ulead product thats way easier to learn than photoshop but then leads you into photoshop...when you`ve mastered that you can then go onto illustrator then corel painter:D dave have you joined FAST on the HAMB yet

Dave, barely use photoshop myself too...usually only to resize images as I use the RAW converter in the new CS3 and that's about it....unless you want to airbrush out the photographers in the tabbards of course! 8-)
