pop history

Following on from Kapri's statement about gaining as much history about your car as possible (he does drop hints now and then you know;)) i thought i would start doing as advised.
My pop is a black 54 first reg 1980? reg number UXD 195, i wouldn't normally post reg number but when i tell you it was built by johnny oldham it wont take much research to find pictures with it's plate showing, it was later owned by 54POP on here, i bought it off of mr mrs pitt (hi there).
when owned by johnny it was "named" BAD HABIT and i assume by the
sticker it was known as NAUGHTY BY NATURE when owned by Andy, i assume this because i can't believe Andy was into the band of the same name unless he's likes "modern music":eek:.
So the question what do you know?, do you have any pictures?.

Glenn, that number is a replacement from a cherished transfer I think ( UX was series of number they used). Probably worth getting the history from the DVLA for the original number for anumber that may jog more memories. The fact that it has been inspected by DVLA to transfer the number in the past is also beneficial ;)

I put this in another post on here but I'm used to repeating myelf so ....
The History section on here could be very beneficial. If the cars turn up in a shot on there, contact the poster, sort a copy and a letter saying when and where it was taken, every little helps.
