anybody remember a MK1 cortina custom from the late 70s early 80s which used to be a regular site in margate and ramsgate for quite a few good years. i remember that it had bubble windows in the roof and inside a roof mounted consul for extra electrics. It may have been blue in colour, but after all these years Im not cretain - it must be an age thing.
Be lovely to see some pics..........................

Yep, I remember that car quite well. As a naive youngster in those days, I thought it looked well cool and I would often drool over it when I saw it parked up. I think you're right about it being blue and I also seem to remember it may of had murals on it, but the plexiglass roof bubbles were the thing that really captivated me in those far off days. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH;)
