Remember the show well, had a good turnout. The "in club" at the time was "The Morons" & if my memory serves me right, they went home with the lions share of the trophies. I took my Fordson there when I was still just a young lad, & I've still got it, as you all probably know.

i remember at the gravesend show 81, (Imperial roadsters?, northfleet football ground? could be 80 anyone know 4 sure??) The women all had 'we only ***k with the morons' on their white t shirts, bit shocking at the time i was still a lad !!, there is one just visible but a bit blurry standing behind the skinner bros big n nasty granada roasting its hides, then we have henry hirise, the geoff cousins pop which starred in the paul mcartney film give my regards to broad street, then nick kemps? lo lid Zephyr in the making which has recently been reborn, & finally the chopped mk2 that i keep seeing on forums which is still about, but slightly differnt now, enjoy...
