Embosed Panel For Tail gate

Hi,
I am after an embossed panel to fit in the tailgate on my Pop pickup. I am after the early script like they fitted to the Model T, A, B etc something like this. Would prefer steel

Yes Never could spell .Thinking about it I may have one hear somewhere I will have a look in the morning if its not to wet. (Embossed ???!!!)
