Just sitting there

Have you ever just sat in your car. Just for the hell of it , because you can.

Been messing about tonight in the garage and found myself , beer in hand sat in my ride cleaning the clocks.

Must of spent nearly an hour just sitting there though. Drifting away thinking about what i'm going to do to it and the crack i'll have getting to the shows.

Please tell me i'm not alone.

Yes! Just before I turn the lights out in the garage, sometimes start it up & move it backwards & forwards, one day I'll bloody gas myself!!!

I sat in the split dragster earlier ,wondering when the expence will end (yes i know ,when i sell it !) It!'s quite comfy in there

and for the cleaning i go over the garage once a week and fully clean and sort out the tools lol :rolleyes:

Well after sitting dreaming of a sunny cruise , meeting up with folk etc , i now been "just sitting there" , thinking about all the jobs i have to do on the car.

Took it out today. Split a hose , AA home. Out a second time and wont run off choke. Add a few other odds and sods and got a list of "to do " jobs thats getting longer by the minute.

It's going to be " just sitting there" in the garage for a few days.

Where's my beer?

i spend far too much time sitting in my cars procrastinating :D

yep :D - if im REALLY bored.. later on in the evening.. i'll go up there and dream... some times even with a portable dvd player and a portable radiator.. and sit there freezing my nuts off untill it warms up :p
other times when im in the garage, i just go sit in her.. and maybe start her up..

Funny enough, l used to sit in mine before it was finished, even when l had no seats for it!!!!
