Info on Model a required

Hi Guys,
I'm thinking of buying this car but the guy doesnt know a thing about it, he isnt in the rodding scene he just seen it a few years back and liked it, he doesnt know what front end, rear axle, body, chasis or anything other than its a Rover

Any info on the car would be appreciated

When I first saw it reminded me of a car built in manchester in the
80's and I'm sure that was a yorkshire street rods body , was one
of the rainy city lads chippy Phil I think
