Do you have a pertracter? Scribe it first. Or even better a hole saw.

Ouch......Touche......as they say.

How about a hole saw in a hand held drill, nice and slow, loads of lube....oooer.

It's aluminium, so should cut nice and easy on a slow turn.

I assume the whole project must be from one type of material?

Good luck with the mocks....you deserve to do well! My daughter is just going through the same thing and it's funny how much influence the rod/tattoo world has had on her art work lately. The teacher was a bit off with it at first but seems to be coming around! Parents evening should be interesting.......:D

p.s. just read your intro ......She's a bass player too!

so no one like my posters? lol.

about a week after i had finished the metal car, i took it home in hope to tidy it up a bit..

turns out all i did was put new axels and wheels on it...

all going fine...

onto last wheel.. drilling hole in the front axel..

got slightly distracted by something

uh oh... the drill got a bit too much grip.. tore the whole car of the bench.... couple seconds later, bets of car every where all over the garage floor..
********

got it back together, after having my dad asist me..

made a new chassis and channeled the cab & buck over a little...
(re made both of which.)

and the axels are running through holes in the chassis, so a little more stable..

took it to school again and my teacher wasnt all that impressed..
uh, id rather just forget about it.. lol.. not that simple..

ill just get my pop home soon and play with that instead..
:D
