i`ve got to pick a car up from wales on thursday and was wondering if anyone around the beds area has a car trailor they`d be willing to lend/hire me for a day...

Bad news I'm affaid. My mates trailer isn't road worthy at the moment so it's a no go. I have hired one from St Neots trailer centre before if that helps.

i could be wrong here but, i think as a member you would be allowed use of the nsra trailer, ask one of the committe for confirmation
