Their small proberly for a 97 or holley 94

2 1/4"- 2 1/2" around that size

Hi Greg,

Ive posted some pics of the axle it measures 57.25" flange/flange, not defo on the ratio but when i did the quick pinnion count i would say its around 3.2:1 - 3.5:1 its an open diff no posi trac or lsd in there......

measured it today its 35" long total lenght and the spline diameter measures 1"

how wide is it mate? it needs to fit under a 49 chevy, I can't remember the width at the mo (too dark and cold to go measuring lol)

measured the volvo axle today ....

its 55 inchs

but 57 inchs with the 'pop brown's' wheel adaptors to covert to chevy 5 on 4.75"

proberly no good either
