Not specifically hotrod related but those of you who like to dabble in model building may be interested to know that the Southern Expo 2010 model show is on Sat 20th and Sun 21st March at the Hornchurch Sports Centre. The show is open 10:00 to 5:00 on Sat and 10:00 to 4:00 on Sun.
There are usually a considerable number of club displays representing a large variety of modelling subjects. I will be there as part of the Thurrock Scale Model Club and will be taking my models of fire engines and some custom cars and hotrods.
There will be a number of traders present, those of particular interest to car modellers being SNC Models and Littlecars, so there is ample opportunity to stock up on the hard-to-find detailing items and maybe find a kit that takes your fancy.....unless I find it first :D
