Pair of 1.25" SU carbs wanted

Wanted: good pair of 1.25" SU carbs. Must be good enough to use as no time to rebuild so spindles must be good and dashpots must be free and smooth please. Tesco bag full of cash waiting.

try the Mini forums, 1.25's were fitted on early Coopers / S . I reckon you can get them new from Southern Carbs, or Mini Spares Center as well.
