track rules

ive only ever done RWYB at shakey, are the rules the same at the pod ?
ie... belt, catch can etc, any weird things i dont know about ?

I've never done Shakey but at the Pod the only rule is a crash helmet if the car goes over 110mph.
No checks done on the cars at all, just turn up and go :)
