sorry but this is the only thread I seem to be able to use, I have renewed my membership ,got my new card but I'm still restricted. Can't ask a question on the other sections 'cause I'm blocked. Can someone sort it out please?

have you tried asking in the forum rules/help bit at the bottom of the forum main page? or look to see who's a moderator and pm them for help. i did after renewing my membership this year and had the same problems. they sorted it pretty quick and were very helpful. neil.
