my cars pretty much done so time to get on with lou's.
she broke a valve spring and bent a pushrod on her first run at the hot rod drags last year.
a pair of heads came up for sale on eurodragster that had decent springs, retainers, larger valves and a lot of porting work
done, the ports now match the inlet we are using.
also fitted 3/8 pushrods and guide plates.
thanks to mike couch for picking up the pushrods on saturday morning from the parcel depot, meaning we could get it done this weekend.
the car is now back together and running , ive even washed it !!

yeh, she WILL beat me........ s0d all that consistency malarky, i'll be trying to go a little bit faster each time !!
lou ran 12.7 first (and last) pass at the H R drags without really trying, so with the new bits, who knows ??

cheers nick, i'd be stuffed without mike couch, his knowledge and willingness to help is great, a proper , true mate .
