I've received this message from a local vintage car show organiser (and closet hotrod fan)
May be of interest to those who can get to North Norfolk as it sounds like a good day out.

I'm organising a 'pre-war' run in conjunction with the Wind Energy Park / Morse Wind Engine Collection at Repps on August 10th which is open to any car originally registered before 1939 (including modifications / rodded versions) as part of their "1920s day". Most of the collection is made up of the American Prairie type of 'windmill' so 'rods' and pre-war Americans are especially appropriate! There'll be a short road run through some local villages starting at Waxham Barn Cafe and finishing at the Collection. Please could you tell me if you know anyone who might be interested and I'll send the forms? There was a guy at Hoveton a couple of years ago who had a particularly lovely red two-seat Ford Model A type - I think he came from Yarmouth way - but I don't have any details for him.

You can email him (Nick Walmsley) a machaonic@btinternet.com

Cheers, Bob.
