I need some plastic window making.
What do I use?????

I need plastic because they bend slightly.
What about lexan. ??
does that scratch easy ??

No plastic is going to be as durable as glass, although I think you can get hard surface coatings. I would prefer a polycarbonate - Lexan, Makrolon, etc., as it is more flexible than acrylics like Perspex, and doesn't shatter like they can. I think polycarbonate is mandated on racecars for that reason.
