Hot Rodder's Winter Ball 6, 7th February 15

Hi Everyone

It’s been 5 years, (yes, really), since we last celebrated a Hot Rodder’s Winter Ball, and recently loads of people have been asking me ‘When are you going to organise another one, Deb’s?’

So here it is, Hot Rodders Winter Ball 6 will take place on 7th February 2015 at the beautiful Wotton House, near Dorking, Surrey.

The ticket price includes
Reception drink on arrival
Two Course Hot Fork Buffet Meal
Coffee and Mints
Glass of Red or White Wine with Meal
Professional DJ and/or Band
Theming, Decoration and Table Novelties

Total cost per person – £ 47.50

In addition the hotel is offering 30 rooms at the reduced rate of:
£75.00* for a single (normally £109.00) or £90.00* for a double / twin (normally £109.00)
Including full English breakfast and vat

I had to commit to a minimum number of 60, so I do hope you will be able to join your fellow Rodders in an evening of great company, food and entertainment.
I don’t have everyone’s email so please forward this to other Rodder’s who may be interested.

To reserve your tickets please email/message me by return so I know you’re coming, then fill in the attached Booking Form and send with your payment.

UPDATE
The first 30 bedrooms for the Hot Rodders Winter Ball are all taken. I've managed to increase the block booking to 50 rooms at the discounted price, so if you are thinking of coming along to the Ball but haven't replied yet, please let me know asap!
