Hi All.
I need an axle which is inner width backing plate to backing plate 42.5", giving a total required mounting face to mounting face of 50", if drums are 3 ¾" deep. I could go narrower than 50" total if the discs / drums were less deep than 3 ¾" inches but the backing plates (or the inner most part that would foul on a chassis rail (I assume calliper if a disc rearend) can't be closer together than the 42.5").
Or a cheap and cheaply narrowable axle!!
American Ford 5 stud (or easily drillable to same).
What you got?
Thanks, Christian

Pm me a price Steve, but I think it'll be too narrow. I'm trying to avoid cutting into the unibody.
With the motor we're putting in, the axle doesn't need to be too hardcore!
