We need to find a Rear brake hub/drum assembly for our customers' 1950 Dodge Wayfarer, can anyone help either side of the pond???

Sorry to tell you that I had exactly the same problem with a 57 Dodge D100 pickup brake drum. I found a NOS in Texas but they wanted $700 plus shipping !!
They are rare - I found a close match in a Dodge dealer with correct pcd and drum diameter then had the hub machined to fit. In case you havn't got the hub off yet (it took me a day!!) - it is on a tapered/keyed shaft - loads of heat and a good puller are needed. I used a "long fingered" puller that wasn't quite right and bent the drum - hence the need for a replaycement drum. Best of luck.
