Fitting Door Glass?....help!

:rolleyes: does anybody have any tips on fitting a door glass on a pop(103e) i have taken out the winder/channel/broken glass,i've got a replacement glass still in its original channel(the channel has rusted up/stuck the glass solid) any tips on the best way to get the replacement free?and re-assembly of all of it? i'm currently covered in cuts where my pop is fighting me every step so far!:mad: help me fella's,i missed wheels day and am losing blood :o

Yes a very tricky job if you want to get the rusty channel off the glass, the last one I did was rusted to the glass and it was a case of laying the glass on a flat surface with edge that has the runner hanging over the edge of the bench/table or whatever and gently tapping the runner away from the glass but it does make y'bum twitch somewhat ! :)
I managed to remove it from the glass but I could easily have broken the glass, I think it's one of those job's where you just have to bite the bullit and have ago.
It's also a bit tricky getting the new glass in the door but it obviously goes in with some jiggling about, If I remember rightly it goe's in from the bottom hole under the cross brace but don't hold me to that ! LOL.

Do you mean how to remove the channel from the bottom of the window glass?

No idea, smashed my window out of mine, but still cant get the glass out of the channel :(
