As the title says I'm in need of a shallow sump / oil pan for (I think) a 2 piece rear seal small block chevy. Looking for rear sump and not much more than 7" overall height / depth. I guess I'm also going to require a pickup pipe too?
Just putting it out there in NSRA land in case someone has something that might be of use before embarking down the Summit Racing route! My 'research' in that regard seems to indicate a circle track type is what's required.
Anything considered - repair / modification not a problem but I think I'd rather spring for a new one than simply modifying a stock pan (and I have one of those anyway). For street use so scrapers / trays / trap doors not necessarily required.
