The definition of what constitutes a VHI ( Vehicle of Historic Interest ) for the purposes of MOT exemption froom May 2018 have been finalised by FHVBC and the DfT .
These definitions are purely for MOT purposes and do not alter the existing DVLA vehicle identity schemes in any form.
