Been a while but it's done. Had someone else start it about a year ago and can't fault the flame shape as thats exactly what I designed with him but was not very impressed with the longevity of the colour layed on, it went very faded & patchy for whatever reason.

So went to Rebecca who continued the outline round the whole arm, re-did the original outline as that had gaps, re-did the colour on the original work darker as a back ground then did the foreground flames slightly lighter. Added the Chevrolet crossed flags as a border, the blue dice and 4 aces. The stars are Gill in the middle and the two kids each side. There is a hell of a lot of outlining here which took the most time. It's still slowly healing & I am over the moon with it and already got a fair bit of the other arm designed in my head. Actually that didn't hurt at all. In fact none of it 'hurt'. The colour was getting sore after 4 hours but thats about it.

Your experience is the very reason that driving 100 miles there and 100 miles back was a complete no brainer for me. If you want quality you will either have to be very very lucky & find it on your doorstep or take the time out to travel to where it's at. With the size of this one I just couln't afford some A/H to **** it up. I'd reccomend spending some of the budget on a train ticket or fuel mate. Until Rebecca develops the shakes from living with Ratty ;-))) she will be doing any & all future work!!
