​This car was purchased via this forum from a previous member of the NSRA some 5 years ago, he had owned it for 6. The car was a good driver until I decided to strip and replace and upgrade some parts. The new wiring loom is 90% there but I no longer have the time to complete.

The vehicle is stored inside but the fibreglass body could do with fresh paint. Does not include the alloy wheel shown in some show pictures.

Age related V5.

Dooster body (wooded out) with opening doors and boot lid, fibreglass grille shell with
Vintique insert.

Modified Dooster chassis, Superbell dropped front axle with Camero disc brakes, reversed-
eye spring with Teflon buttons, hairpins (could be Pete &amp; Jakes), VW Beetle steering
damper. Early VW Camper steering box, Morris 1000 column with 14 inch Mountney steering
wheel and chrome indicator unit.

American Ford 8.8 rear axle with ladder bars and Panhard rod, GAS adjustable coil overs,
Cortina Mk5 handbrake cable with early MG Midget chromed handbrake assembly.
Vintique rear wheels (Chevy/Ford bolt pattern) with Coker Whitewall 8.20inch x 15 inch, baby moon
hub caps, Chevy front wheels with Coker Whitewalls 5.60inch x 15inch, wheels painted red,lots of
tread on tyres.

Rover V8 P6 engine with Edelbrock Performer intake manifold with Weber 500 Carb, 14inch
chromed air cleaner assembly, Smithy mufflers (2).

Borg-Warner 65 auto gearbox with MGB chromed gearchange, custom-made speedo cable
from gearbox to speed sensor, kickdown linkage fitted.

Chopped 2inch windshield posts and windscreen (Vintique), Classi Instruments (white face) oil
pressure, water temperature gauges, electric speedo, new wiring loom installed (to finish).
Adjustable thermostat for radiator fan, re-cored Jaguar/Daimler Mk2 radiator.

1938 Chevy rear seat frame upholstered in red pleated vinyl, Minivan 7 gallon fuel tank
behind set in boot (no fuel gauge).

Located in Poole, Dorset.

Hi Dave, when you say age related V5, what year is it registered as? When would be a convenient time to view? Live near Basingstoke so not too far away. Thanks, Mark
