Lol! There were loads of scratches in it - found out my rubbing block is contaminated, so rubbed down by hand and now scratch free :)Quote:

hi mark you want to try the 3m trizact disc on a DA for the final rub down before you polish they are the nuts and you get a really good finish ,one tip is to put a soft pad on the DA ,
Ah, but I don't own a DA.
The blocks I have work well, just had a tiny bit of grit in this one and where sandpaper was a bit short it was scratching the paint.
Off out to garage to do a bit more now, but it's kin cold out there!
