That's really for 240/440 ac power stuff Tim. The heating effect is much geater and cables are derated for temperature.

Thanks for clearing that Paul, puts my mind at rest.
Got all the rear mini loom finished & fitted and started wiring in the back lights last night.
Wheelsday mark?
As usual I'll be on the gate at wheels day I'll try say hi to you all lol
True Bry, the local show in Beaconsfield would have been great to debut it as it's only 3 miles away - if anything went wrong it's not too far to tow home, lol!
Billing with a trailer would be nice but it might end up being its first showing at the NSRA nats.
Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh Mark
Wiring to rear of car now finished :)

We have lights.
It has life ... nice one Mark :thumbs_up_smiley:. It`s things like this that give you a real kick in the butt, just to let you know there is an end in site ... in your case, literally [:D]...
Wowsers Mark, she's looking good mate. Another bit ticked off the list.
Cheers. Tim W.
Thanks Guys, yes it's only really the wiring & glass that are the 2 main hurdles to getting it on the road (I hope!) the rest is window dressing and can be done after it's driving.
We'll done looks good
well done that man wont be long now
Looking good, the end is in sight :thumbsup2:
The Rear end that is lol
Gradually getting there - spent last weekend at parents doing jobs for them, but more progress here too.

looks good soon be able to use it keep at it the wheels will soon be rolling
Nice work coming together nicely Mark
been plodding on with wiring - bit of a hold up while researching connector options/sizes for the column wiring. I've gone to great lengths to keep the firewall removable only to be nearly thwarted by the wiring passing though it. Fortunately I've found some small but high amperage connectors which will still fit even with the wiring through the holes.
I have got most of the roof dash wiring connected up now though - pictures to follow soon....
MSD ignition wiring completed - only 29 wires to the column .......so far!!!

Probably optimistic getting these, definitely have to do something with the covers - will need to paint them the same colour as the leather interior.
