one MK2 was featured in SM in 79 along with two mk 1s(one being the black one i when it had stock rear archs). The Mk 2 had stock bodywork and no front bumper if i remember rightly. It was the track test thing they used to do.Wonder wot happened to that one.

Yup they are, especially crossflows and pintos, mainly running down into the 11's without any nitrous/turbo's etc and picking the front wheels off the floor too...

    Question for Jeff Harris

Jeff is there still a Mk1 Zeph/|Zody in the family.
If not, which car was the last to fly the nest.
And is there a chance of another being built, maybe you can get your son a bit nostalgic about one.

I will never forget watching one of your black MK1's racing 'Pinball Wizard' Pop at Santa Pod,i was at the top end of the track when they hurtled through the finish, priceless moment.

Hi No unfortunately we don`t have any of the Z cars anymore, I think my Brother inlaws mk1 was the last one to fly the nest although over the years Andy has been tempted & has bought 1 or 2 but never came to anything..
We often talk about getting another Mk1 & doing the business to it & James would be the obvious candidate he only being 23 & us all being in our 50s ! maybe one Day watch this space ! beware of the Mysterons & those flying circles sorry I couldn`t help myself
