Once owned by Roger Fulker, I believe, current custodian of Revenge.

Well it would appear that the rad, lights, body and steering wheel have all been sold but the guy is refurbing the front axle with bigger brakes so must be using the chassis for something, maybe a different model, only guessing but will try to get some info when I collect the steering wheel if no-one finds out before hand.

Well, having spoken (emailed) to Roger, hopefully whoever has the front end had better be prepared for frequent rebuilds, assuming it's still got the Pop front spindles. He had to replace the king pins every year as they were too weedy for the blown SBC he had in it.

Spoke to Paul, the guy selling the parts last night, and the person who owns it is fitting a Model A body, possibly pickup.Shame it got broken up.I remember seeing at shows around the Southend area late 70's early 80's when Barry George and then Chris Eaton had it.Chris also owned Hot and Bothered at the same time. Both cars went over to France on the Paris cruise. When it was first built I think it was called Mr B's T?
    Regards Paul.

OK, just spoken to Barry George who's asked me to post this on his behalf.

The car was built by Nick Butler for Barry, using a chassis made by Vic Wilds & a body from Ed Wimble. The front end was built by Bootsie Herridge & polished by John Baldachino & Richard Wale. The paint was done by Nick Orme & Mick(?) Denyer did the leather trim. The first pic of it is in Nick's workshop (probably Richmond at that time) & the whole build was carried out there. As an aside, my T bucket had identical brass buttoning around the edge of the trim, very 70s!!

Barry thinks it was built during the period from 1975-77, he then sold it to Chris Eaton & bought Hot & Bothered. When Barry emigrated to New Zealand he sold H & B to Chris as well. A few years down the line Bob Pearson bought the T & renamed it Freedom, after that the history, as far as Barry is concerned, is a bit hazy, however at some time Roger Fulker bought it & he has a ton of pics of it, which I may yet see at some time.

(Some editing was carried to this interview, as those that know Barry will understand!!!)

Likewise, in Paul`s first pic it has an earlier brass rad, did it go back to Nick`s later on for some upgrades by a later owner ?...
I thought it had a `23 style grill shell when Barry owned it, as per this pic. Look closely at the bottom of the windshield glass, and you can see "Mister Bs T" etched in it, so this would be from when Barry owned it. Also, the tunnel ram isn`t polished here...

I think it had a 30/31 fibreglass model A grill to start with, but not long after the brass rad and lights were fitted,I think while Barry still owned it.

Now you mention it, the A grill rings a bell. Front wheels are different too...

Hey, I just said what Barry told me to say!! It's quite possible that a subsequent owner took it back to Nick's for updates, a lot of cars he built did return like that. I doubt Barry looked that hard at the pics & just assumed it was from when he had it. Also, that pic Paul has posted is from a different angle & so the name is clearly visible, which it isn't in the first one. He did mention the etched glass though, so I assume that was changed at the time of the re-name.

    You do surprise me Maurice.

I only remember the car with the painted (i always assumed 23 style) rad shell. Hell, it was along time ago and I'm not sure if I had Corn Flakes or toast for breakfast.
