Chevy 350 block 4 bolt main (Dart & Warhammer blocks aval.) , our blocks are fully CNC machined on state of the art RMC V-20 CNC , oil mods done, bored .030 to .040 over , decked & squared , CL 77 cam bearings loaded , brass frosts loaded, CL-77 main & rod brg loaded.
New E/W USA head stud kit is used with all our alum head engines we do not use new bolt kits or old used GM bolts on any engine as most supplier do... used bolts are junk & new bolts do not provide proper torque spec & distort alum heads when torqued & cause heads to crack & head gasket failers.
Crank is new RPM or EAGLE steel full CNC machined 3.48 stroke/ 500 BHP rated (we do not use old reground stock cranks as some suppliers do) ,
Rods are new E/W USA Stage II 4130 forged steel / floating pins with cap screw rod bolts/ 500 BHP rated ( we do not use reconditioned stock GM rods in our engines as some suppliers do)
Pistons K-B hyperutectic or Speed Pro flat top 9.8:1 comp(forged ICON USA pistons aval. add $245.00) , Hastings moly ring set. Damper is new RPM 8" 360 degree marked.

Cam custom grind COMP CAMS hyd roller .565 lift / 110 CL cam uses stock HEI iron gear no need to worry about worn bronze brass dizzy gear, hydraulic rollers are by MOREL USA horizontal guide bar type not cheap vertical bar style or CHINA knock off rollers, Pushrods are COMP CAMS for perfect rocker arm geometry.
*BEWARE of flat tappet cam'd engines due to there known cam lobe & lifter failer rates with the use of high pressure valve springs & all oil companies world wide removing needed zinc & phosphate friction modifiers from all oils... this causes rapid cam lobe and lifter wear with high lift performance hyd or solid flat tapprt cams)
Roller cams will deliver more BHP & torque over a wider range & produce much better MPG over flat tappet cam'd engines. And you never have to worry about worn cam lobes & lifters ever gain... the first thing to ware out in a high performance FLAT TAPPET engine is the cam & lifters.
Chain set is true roller .250 dia pins by ROLLMASTER with billet gears 9 keyway crank gear & torrington needle thrust bearing plate ,*Gear drive systems by PRW are avalable.... noisey or quite series add $180.00 USD... included install & block mods.
Engine Works USA roller thrust cam button installed . Timimg cover is alum with thust button pad.
Oil pan is custom 7qt road race low profile , trap door & baffles , pump Melling HV-55 with ARP drive. oil pump ARP stud mounted.
Heads are new 2010 design RPC Engine Works USA 200cc runners alum heads , full CNC machined valves are 2.02 & 1.60 SS valves , dual springs 1.400 dia, moly retainers , 10 degree locks , Viton posi seals , thick wall bronze guides , 7/16 rocker studs , E/W adjustable 5/16 guide plates.
Rocker are WARHAMMER SS roller rockers 7/16 stud mount

Carb is new "QFT USA SLAYER" series carb 600CFM dual feed, billet meter block ,fully adjustable secondaries , power valve protection , glass float level sites. This carb is QFT new SS series carb & we will be using this new Slayer carb on all our engines as of Nov.17 2011....NO EXTRA CHARGE for this new high tech carb.
