remember flash back that went to the states.
The Prefect in the pics is mine, when were these taken, looks a bit different now.
the yellow one in the first post top right went to Florida many years ago, saw it there in the late 80's still looking good, probably changed now! was a local car to me
been there , broke that!
I know where that last one is (beautiful vinyl roof). Sat in bits in north east for 15 years at least, I fairly sure its still there.

who spotted the deliberate mistake,,one is not a pop
All very nice... page 2, top right, that's mine now, picked it up a couple of weeks agoIt's black now, thought it was originally blue - can't quite tell if it's green in the shot, or just a faded photo!
Sadly didn't quite make it to Ireland without a few hitches, but should be up and running again soon. Made my day spotting in here in the shots, thanks a mill!
What year were the shots, does anyone know ??
The pic of "Vanilla Olay", is how my Pop used to look, back in 1979, before I repainted it yellow & orange, then Red, then sold it..... boo hoo
Hell's Bell's, that's me in the photo too, with hair!!

This may sound stupid but the 70s PoPs were just right for the 70s. Looking at these old photos brings back great feelings of wanting to get to the next show to see all the new cars but PoPs been my dream to own. (i know its sad isnt it) but i was 16!!
I know things change and fashions change but I do think the '70s PoP ' has its own place along with 'pro street' and 'Gasser'. Dont get me wrong I wouldnt own one BUT they have a place in the British rodding history and some should be preserved in the 70s 'style'.
Just my view
