Hi Russ, rules and any changes are discussed by the Ringmasters at our end of season meeting. This will take place in a few weeks, so the definitive answer to your question will follow that. However, we do not currently expect to make any significant changes and if any do arise they are normally phased in the following year, ie 2020. Hope that helps.
