getting out the side windows

Hi guys,

I'm trying to remove my side of the Pop windows to paint the body and somehow I can't get them out of the seal.
Is there not an old trick or can someone show a photo of the removed seals please?
even on the old drawings there is nothing helpful...

You need to remove the inner window trim and push them in

I did, but nothing happened. in the meantime I got them out, there was plenty of silicone and rubber glue used
