No idea Mark it must be a firefox issue ? Can you not access it through your mobile as a fix for now ?

Hmmm...works on works PC - maybe it's a VPN issue on my home laptop?
Does the site work with adblockers running?

I just tested Private Messaging on Chrome, Firefox and Edge - no problems.

No other reports of difficulties on any browser, so I would suspect some setting specific to your Firefox or your device.

In Firefox, possibly something to do with Tracking Settings, pop-up blockers, add-on, themes, privacy & security settings...

Your screenshot suggests a CSS file hasn't been loaded, so you get a list of text links instead of a tidily formatted page.
Take a look at the 'chosen solutions' on these pages:

Mines got an adblocker on windows 10 and it's fine. Remember the NSRA site is ad free unlike others.

Both home & work units are running windows 10 Pro and the same anti virus/vpn. Both using Firefox as well.

I dont think that's possible John.

I can see my messages on the works PC though??
Still does not answer the phone/tablet logging in issue though.

There is obviously a setting somewhere in my laptop which is preventing the pages loading properly - but this is the only site with those issues.

I've got the VPN switched off at home at present -it's only the McAfee one - not a proper one.

    Edit,

As a test I just switched on the VPN at work - I can still read PM's on the work PC?
