It's not far off john. Main jobs left is. Wiring and exhaust. Obviously I've got to put the storage cupboards down the sides. Oh and fit the screen.

Fuel tank filler tube is ready. Just need a 90° hose. It will be here tomorrow. I started the wiring today as I need to run rear wiring so I can complete the floors and storage boxes.Name: 20240829_165815.jpeg

Ah, wiring, one of my least favourite jobs to do, albeit very satisfying when it is finished and works!

Where are you getting the large diameter fuel-safe hose from? I need a 2" bore 90 degree elbow, or metal elbow and two straight sections to replace the one in one of my projects that was either the original 50+ year old one or a previous owner's piece of radiator hose that split and dropped part of a tank of fuel on my workshop floor!

Storage boxes now have removable fronts. There are no handles but a nice slot. And neat little catches.Name: 20240903_184608.jpeg

Just a manual rivet gun john. No rivets today as the supply had run out. So I removed the rear crossmember and fitted a new one with the ramp slots cut into it. Pictures tomorrow.
