    Thank you guys
Been to the Burb tonight and the leak not stopping which is weird

Going to drain it right down again or I should say my Claire is going to scoot under the car and drain it down (haha ) for us

Will have a look on ebay and see if I can get one of these Lokar units ands start this job all over again
Have not driven this wagon more than 40ft yet (off the guys drive to the recovery wagon and then a 6.5 hr drive back to Plymouth and into a workshop)
Been fixing problems with it ever since and getting zero return for my money right now so to have a bl@@dy leak before I have even started it is a royal pain !!!

    Thank you all again guys
    Much appreciated

just a thought, is the tube going into the box parallel to the hole? if it's at an angle, even slightly the 'o' ring may not seal properly. it's easy enough to give them a gentle tweek if needed, just be careful as they kink easily. if all else fails clean both the hole and tube with brake cleaner and tissue/lint free rag and refit with a smear of decent silicon on the end of the tube and the 'o' ring. leave it to set overnight before starting the engine. it's no different than replacing a v8's inlet manifold cork/rubber end seals with a large bead of silicon.

Why drain it? Didnt you say earlier that its not running? That being the case the valves body isn't filled and, more importantly, the torque converter (which holds a lot of fluid) will have a questionable quantity in it, none if new. Not sure to what level they naturally drain down to. Whatever, unless you've chronically overfilled it it will show a lower level once you've got it running. And save the missus some agro. Win win.

    Hi all
Been away from this for a while due to a family loss and other life junk that we all have to deal with

I just have not had time to sort anything out but i have yet another question this time about filling with a flexitube.
Funnel and let it drain down real slow as the tube is much smaller in diameter or is there a proper way to do it?
Please forgive my ignorance on this as I really dont know

Head too the pound shop and grab a set off 3 funnels. Find one that fits and trim the bottom as much as possible too get a better flow and slowly pour it it !

A pump action dispenser from something that comes in 5ltr bottles, eg Swarfega, and extend the inlet and outlet with some tube. Much easier to manually pump in than pour with funnels. More control. Can help making less mess. Works great on manuals, autos and rear ends. And it pumps much quicker than you'd imagine!

Kinda odd though as only today I was filling with a funnel!!
