website issues

Has there been further changes made to the forum that i might not be aware of, I cant log in (I can get on but cant actually log on) because there are lots of codes or whatever at the top of the page with no log on tick boxes etc.....there are no message links showing so I cant access my saved messages, also if I go onto any page and look at a users name I used to have the option of sending a private message but I am not seeing any of this, if I click on the members name basically nothing comes up that makes any sense.....it seems that Rods N Sods was buggered some time ago....I hope thats not gonna happen with this site !

I thought it best to create a new post for this issue, as i'm not sure if my post's are actually working

Yes there are problems that are being worked on,see three threads relating to it in the main discussion section if you want to catch up.

I know there are a few private sections of the forums that are members only, but can anyone tell me why I can only post in the classifieds and this one please ?

A quick look shows your now down as a guest after 123 posts. Without checking your probably an elapsed member of the nsra ? When did your membership run out ?

Sorry for the late reply John, yes I was a member up until june 2020
the other thing I didn't mention was I cannot actually log in either, when I try it comes up with invalid redirect

Thats strange as you are posting on the forum and signed in ? What if this redirect telling you?

Maybe its intermittent ,there are still a few little gremlins out there ,eg some get a ? instead of a £
I think it depends what device being used ,or desktop display etc ....

Ian i can access the forums but i can't physically sign in.... when i click on the nsra shortcut on my laptop it comes up with log in details which it wont allow, it comes up invalid redirect URL (https://www.forum.nsra.org.uk/))but I can carry on on the forums as though I am logged in ???
when i click on the short cut on my tablet it will occasionally go in, but most times it comes up with the red triangle with ! in it saying your connection is not private ??
and as said before although I can access the forums I can still only post in the classifieds !!

As a guest you can only post in sales
All other parts of the forum bar the members side is read only. It's all too do with being over the 100 new guest posts and being a non member now. Hope that explains it ?
It sounds like the ipad ? Is logging on to an old forum address ?
