Measure from the centre one stud to the centre of the next stud and divide by 0.58778
5 x 4.25 or 4-1/4".

They were a strange metric pitch ( like Granadas etc). Volvo normally ended up getting restudded to 5 stud Ford ( 5 x 4.5) as Chevy bolt pattern( 5 x 4.75) was leaving it a bit skimpy on stud support . PCD on a 5 stud is done from centre of one stud , miss a bolt and go to OUTSIDE of next stud.
