Thumbs up Old Fart just bough his dream

    Hi Everyone.
This is my first post so here goes. After owning many sensible cars it is about time that I bought something that I wanted. My cars in the past include Lotus Elan. Triumph TR6, Mini Cooper S, Porsche 928GT. So I bought a 1954 Ford Pop Hot Rod ( why wouldnt you?). I am nearly 70 aa semi retired owner of a precision engineering company I live in Reading Berkshire and love working on mechanicl things. So for the time I have left will be working on my hotrod and attending NSRA meets.

Well done on getting your first Hot Rod Neil, nothing like starting out young
You won’t be the oldest fart out there for sure
Also your skills and engineering shop will come in handy for your new found activity/hobby

Bumper sticker - This is an historic vehicle and only has three speeds....... if you don't like this one you sure as hell won't like the others.
