just a thought, is it for a new build? if so and you'll be making brackets then most later fords use pretty much the same style of handbrake/footbrake caliper. it'll be easier and cheaper to get mondeo/focus etc ones than sierra.
if they need to be sierra, rally design sell brand new ones (not rebuilt) for sensible money with the mounting/sliding bracket.

when i scrapped my '04 c-max i kept the front and rear calipers and discs, same as mk2 focus. i'll use the rear calipers on my nash that's got an explorer 8.8 axle now. just a pair of simple flat brackets to go between axle and caliper mount (sometimes with spacers too). if you find the ideal mounting position puts the bleed nipple too low either swap the flexi and nipple over (did that with scorpio calipers on the 9" axle in my anglia gasser) or just unbolt the caliper, hold it with the nipple 'up' while you bleed it then refit it.

Why not just buy a kit that's for a ford 8"?

I understand your point when nothing is available and I will do the same. But when I can order a kit and fit it in a day for the same out come . Its a no brainer for me to do it that way. Saves time and all the hassle. But if you like making your own stuff good on you.

I suppose that’s what separates us from kit car builders. I enjoy making stuff fit and to me that’s what hot rods are all about. Having said that the front is going to be fitted with a mustang 2 but modifying it lol

if the calipers have brackets made for an 8" axle then for then extra cost you'd be better off getting the discs too. the chances of the ones you've bought being the same offset/diameter are slim.

yeah that's pretty much part of the caliper as the pads sit on it and the caliper itself clamps over them held to it with the slider pins/bolts.
i meant the fabricated brackets the bolt to the 8" axle that the slider bolts to. then back to the discs, the ones enfo54 has will work with all the other parts so worth having even if only as patterns. rally design have a 'thing' on their website where you enter disc specs and it tells you what production vehicle they came from. that way even if enfo54's discs are no good you can get new ones the same easily.
