Had a go.

Neil nice one, went on there and my laptop done some jiggery pokery and showed me the same one on Amazon from same supplier cheaper and quicker.

I love it when technology does something useful.

So what size did you go for?

4.03 x 25.4 = 102.362

I assume you've measured the piston and hole?

Obviously the loaded piston has to fit through the tool and be compressed enough to fit in the hole. I've never seen a fixed size tool in action. I have one of the adjustable blue spingy sleeve things which seems to work fine (been a while though!) but the thought of having it not tight enough and smashing the rings into the block is a squeaky bum job!

Yeah could not find mm equalivilant on evil bay, i have used these before on rover really great as they taper and the rings gently move in as piston goes down. Eases the rings into the bores. They seem to be recommended by a lot of builders (engine not houses??).
