Sounds like you're looking for 40 Ford wheels. I'm not too sure on the width but it would be in that ballpark. 16" and 5 on 5.5 would be correct. Might help your search?

im still looking for 16" steel wheels. id even look at buying multilug smooth steels as long as they are 5 stud, with a 5 1/2" pcd and no more than 6" wide.
