I know this is wanted's and not discussion and I can fro if you wish! Ha! Perhaps a statement of the obvious but I imagine you're looking for something that's right or close thereabouts and not merely any old lever. Thing is, as I'm sure you know, there's a myriad of lengths, offsets and cranks. I reckon, from some experience, you'll need to be properly seated etc to determine a nice lever position and imagineer a lever to suit.
I got a lever to go on my tko. It was love at first sight, I just had to have it! Lovely tapered Swan neck, full of holes and polished to death. Mounted it to a tko mishifter and it looked great. When the seat was finished and installed the seating position, whilst great, was a little higher that I wanted ( now on the nice to fix sometime list) and the lever, with the 'must have' knob fitted, was uncomfortably low. A small extension piece fixed that. Then I found that in use the lever was ever so slightly snugged up against the seat such that proper engagement in 2nd and 4th wasn't always assured. Might have been the front roll of the bench puffing out a little when sat in? A new extension piece with a crank in it fixed that. The adjustments are all hidden away in the gaiter thankfully.
If I was to do it again I'd cobble something up in flatbar etc and, once the critical dimensions determined, design something, laser cut stainless, drill, mill, shape, polish all for a fraction of the new price of an off the shelf item.
Alternatively, you might just get lucky and find something that just works!!
Back to wanteds!

Bumper sticker - This is an historic vehicle and only has three speeds....... if you don't like this one you sure as hell won't like the others.
This did cross my mind - and to be fair its only 2 mins to drop the seat back in car and size it up .. its def gonna need to lean backwards a couple inches - being a tight bstrd i couldnt believe price of new ones hence the wanted add - it could be as you say time to sharpen the drills and make summin up..
grab a 1m length of flat bar from b&q and cut/bend it to suit with the seat in place. then at least you'll have a pattern if you go to the swapmeet on the hunt and in the meanwhile the 'box is useable too.
