10 inch torque convertor on th350

Hi Guys

I'm used to seeing much bigger TC's than this on Rover V8 and Jag etc.

So I have had a bit of a looksee and it seems that this may a high stall TC, possible 2500 to 3000, is this right?

My car is going to be around 1250kg and has a 3.75 Jag rear on 17 inch 255/55's. Is there a formula for working out what TC stall is needed.

Any idea how to identify stall of TC. Only identification found so far is 7.A.3 stamped on rim and A42 0253 on the centre bit.

It has dual bolt pattern holes.

Nick who I got the box off, did not know stall but did think it may be higher than standard.
