how do i change my profile pic,
i do use image cave

user cp,...edit profile pic...... upload from web or pc,

sussed that bit, but cant resize them

I use 'Pixresizer' to make images smaller, it's a handy freeware program.

Why did'nt you say so
if it's a pic on vista pc, open your pic, tool bar along top go to edit, resize image, and select the size you want,
if on web, [ i use photobucket but most work the same] open pic, again should have toolbar at top, image size again select a smaller one,
save smaller pic and bobs your uncle, hope that helps.
